Frequently Asked Questions
Can I go together with someone?
Yes. We have had best friends, brother and sister, couples, and colleagues do this retreat together. Going through the experience with someone else can be highly rewarding and add great depth to any relationship. We do encourage people to participate in the retreat fully, meaning to open up to at times partnering up with people you do not know.
Do you do corporate events?
Yes. If you want to bring you entire team to a retreat we do organise private retreats customised to your needs and requests. The minimum number of participants is 20.
How do I get to the Bunker?
The Bunker is located in Hovdinge, Sweden. Located in Småland's scenic landscape surrounded by fields and forest. Copenhagen Airport is just 57km away. A shuttle will pick participants up from Copenhagen on the 24th and drive everyone back on the 29th.
Can I upgrade my ticket to VIP later?
Yes, as long as you are at least a month out from the retreat you can upgrade your Original Ticket to a VIP Ticket at no additional cost, however there is a very limited supply so probably best to secure your spot now.
Is there an age requirment?
You must be 18 years old to attend the retreat. We are currently working on our 'Youth Retreat' option for 14-18 year olds. If you want to know more please reach out.
What if I don't have a business and don't plan on starting one?
That is absolutely fine. The skills, mindsets, and strategies that you will learn can be applied to anything from being a stay at home parent to being employed at a company. What ever you do, you are your own business and should start treating it as such.
What if I can't make the retreat date on my ticket?
If you bought a ticket and for some reason cannot attend there are a few options. For a 75$ fee you can have someone substitute your spot at the retreat. You can also request to have your ticket converted to another retreat within 1 year from the start date of your original ticket.
Are the meals vegan friendly?
Yes. We provide vegan friendly meal options. You will receive a questionnaire that must be filled out at registration before you can attend the event where you will have to option to specify any dietary needs and/ore restrictions
Who are the facilitators? Are they certified?
All the facilitators have had years of training as coaches. Mads has trained under Tony Robbins, Cloe Madanes, Magali & Mark Peysha, and Dean Graziosi and has a Strategic Intervention Certification recognised by the ICF. Mads has also trained directly with Wim Hof learning his cold exposure and breath work techniques.
Do you accept refund requests?
To ensure 100% satisfaction we offer a full refund to guests who do not feel happy with what they are getting out of the retreat. You must show up and participate in at least the first full day of the retreat. On the second full day during the afternoon meal break you can request a refund by handing in all of your workbook materials.

If you are unable to attend for any reason, you may have someone substitute for your participation in the retreat. Call The Edit APS Customer Service Department at least 30 days prior to the event to transfer your enrollment. A $75 fee will apply. Previously transferred and complimentary tickets are not eligible. If you are unable to attend and do not wish to substitute, contact our Customer Service Department. We will convert your enrollment to a non-refundable The Edit Experience voucher which must be used within one year from your original The Edit Experience Retreat date. Some restrictions apply. A complimentary enrollment is valid for the event date listed in the electronic confirmation only and is non-refundable/non-transferable. Once the retreat commences, customers seeking a refund will need to visit our Customer Service booth during the Day 2 afternoon meal break at the retreat. Refunds are authorized at the event only. You must have attended the event up until the Day 2 afternoon meal break and request your refund at the Customer Service Desk during the Day 2 afternoon meal break. At your option, we will apply your tuition to any The Edit event, or send you a full refund. Simply turn in your workbook and name badge to a The Edit APS Customer Service Representative at the Customer Service Desk. Complimentary enrollments are not eligible for refund.
